Luxury Bali Trip is the planning desk of Bali Premium Trip, a Bali-based luxury travel operator. Bali Premium Trip plans and coordinates your itinerary and operates its own chauffeured fleet — Toyota Innova Zenix, Toyota Alphard, Denza D9 and Mini Cooper.

Hotels, villas, yachts, airport fast-track and any additional vehicles are arranged through vetted licensed partners. The concierge does not own those assets; it selects, books and coordinates them. Where a service is delivered by a licensed partner, that partner’s own operating conditions also apply, and the exact vessel, villa or vehicle is confirmed in writing at quote time.

Figures shown anywhere on this site are market ranges as of 2026 and subject to change. They are planning numbers, not offers, and they do not constitute a quotation.

Your quotation is the itemised, dated figure sent to you in your WhatsApp thread for your specific dates, party size and inclusions. Prices quoted in chat are firm for your booking. Where this site and your written quote differ, the written quote applies.

Enquiries, quotes, changes and day-of coordination all run through one WhatsApp thread. Nothing is charged before you approve the written quote, and no deposit is requested until you approve the final itinerary.

A booking is confirmed when the deposit described below has been received and the concierge has confirmed it in writing. Until then, availability of villas, vessels, vehicles and fast-track slots is not held.

Standard terms are a 50% deposit to confirm, with the balance due on the service day — or full payment upfront if you prefer a single transaction.

Accepted methods are bank transfer in IDR, USD or EUR; Visa, Mastercard and Amex credit cards; and USDT. Corporate clients may request a formal invoice before paying.

Payment is arranged in the chat, never processed inside it. Do not send card numbers or passport scans as messages. The concierge will tell you exactly what is needed and when.

Land itineraries are planned around light, traffic and reservations, and your driver proposes the sequence while you keep the final say on the day.

Charter and volcano itineraries are weather-final. A captain may reorder days or swap anchorages, and a guide may reorder a volcano stage, where conditions or safety require it. On multi-day charters this slack is deliberate: the format is chosen precisely so that a weather call does not cost you the trip.

Wildlife sightings — including manta rays and Komodo dragons — are never guaranteed. These are wild animals, and rangers set the distance on every dragon trek.

VIP fast-track at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) is delivered by licensed corporate permit holders. It does not and cannot bypass Indonesian immigration law: every foreign passport holder is processed and recorded by an immigration officer, without exception.

What the service provides is a private VIP lane, an escort from the arrival gate, priority processing, Visa on Arrival assistance, porter handling and a customs escort. The Visa on Arrival fee itself — US$35 for a 30-day stay as of 2026 — is paid separately to Indonesian immigration and is never bundled into the fast-track price.

Treat any offer to bypass immigration as illegitimate, and verify it on the official WhatsApp number before acting on it.

Self-drive hire of the Mini Cooper requires a valid home-country driving licence plus an International Driving Permit; ASEAN-country licences are accepted without an IDP. Minimum driver age is 23.

Driving without a valid IDP or eligible licence voids the rental insurance, and risks fines and vehicle impound at routine police checks. Basic insurance is included and is valid only with a valid licence and sober, lawful driving; excess and damage liability are explained in writing before handover.

A refundable security deposit is taken at key handover and returned at check-in after inspection and refuelling. The car is delivered with a full tank and must be returned full, or refuelling is charged from the deposit. Only registered drivers meeting the licence and age requirements may drive.

International flights, the Visa on Arrival fee, travel insurance and personal spending sit outside every quote unless your written quote states otherwise.

You are responsible for holding valid travel documents for Indonesia for your dates. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is not sold by the concierge.

Child seats are arranged in advance through licensed transport partners; send each child’s age when you enquire so the correct seat is confirmed for your dates.

Some villas and adults-only resorts do not accept younger children. Your written quote states each property’s child age policy, extra-bed arrangement and any child rate before you pay.

Mobility needs, dietary requirements and allergies should be raised in your first message so the plan is built around them rather than adjusted afterwards. Some stages — notably the pre-dawn Mount Batur trek and the Ijen crater climb — are genuine physical climbs and can be swapped for calmer alternatives on request.

Cancellation and amendment terms depend on the components booked, because villas, vessels and charter partners each carry their own conditions. Those terms are stated in your written quote before any deposit is taken.

Where a licensed partner cancels for safety or weather reasons, the concierge will propose the closest available alternative for your dates and set out any difference in cost in writing.

WhatsApp is the operator’s verified contact channel. Quotes, deposits and confirmations exist inside that thread, which makes every commitment easy to screenshot and impersonation easy to spot.

If you receive an approach claiming to represent Luxury Bali Trip or Bali Premium Trip through any other channel, treat it as suspect and verify it on the official WhatsApp number before sending money anywhere.

Where a service is delivered by a licensed third-party partner — accommodation, marine charter, airport fast-track, aviation, or additional vehicles — that provider is responsible for the delivery and safety of its own service, under its own licences and operating conditions.

The concierge is responsible for planning the itinerary, selecting and booking those partners, quoting the arrangement accurately in writing, and remaining reachable throughout your trip.

These terms, and any arrangement made under them, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in services, partner conditions or legal requirements. The “last updated” line above is revised when that happens. The terms stated in your written quote at the time of booking are the terms that apply to that booking.
